Earlier this week, the Ohio State creative team shared a video of some of the players trying to guess images and icons from the 90’s. To say they didn’t do well with things that happened before they were born would be an understatement.
Friday, the same Buckeye creative team shared a follow up video that’s just as entertaining. It’s the reverse. College kids may not know about things from the past, but it’s also true that more mature (see how soft that was) members of society may not be in tune with things happening today.
On that note, the coaching staff was put to the test in trying to identify pop culture items from the 2010s, most specifically from around today.
Watch as Ryan Day and some others on the football staff try to identify things like Game of Thrones, rap artists, video game images, and more. It was a fail for them just as much as it was a fail for the players trying to jump into the time machine.
