Watch Odsonne Edouard score again as Celtic star continues rich vein of France form

Unstoppable Odsonne Edouard continued his rich vein of goalscoring form as he blasted home a penalty in France Under-21s' 2-1 victory over Azerbaijan.

The 22-year-old Celtic star scored a penalty on the 25th minute before fellow striker Amine Gouiri scored a second to put the game beyond doubt late on.

Azerbaijan grabbed a late consolation but it was too little too late as France kept pace with Switzerland at the top of Group B.

Edouard managed 70 minutes in the game as he continues his recovery from the calf injury that put his involvement in the international double header in doubt.

It's his second goal of the international break after a penalty against Georgia on Friday.

It means the former PSG star has now scored 13 times in just eight international appearances for Les Espoirs.

And he was joined on the scoresheet by Moi Elyounoussi who scored within two minutes of kick-off for Norway against Northern Ireland.
