WATCH: Odell Beckham Jr.’s absence from OTAs raises eyebrows

Odell Beckham Jr.’s attendance habits are the topic of conversation this week in Cleveland. The wide receiver is noticeably absent from Day 2 of voluntary OTAs, after stepping out on the field for Tuesday’s Day 1. After the Browns landed Beckham in a trade in March, the former NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year showed up on April 1 for the beginning of voluntary minicamp but was absent following that.

Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens says he’s discussed Beckham’s OTA plan with the receiver regularly and is comfortable with the decisions he expects Beckham to make, believing in full that the WR will be ready to play come game time.
