Watch new Ravens S Earl Thomas, RB Mark Ingram work out at team facility

The Baltimore Ravens didn’t do a lot in the first wave of free agency this offseason. But they did sign two veterans who should help the team move forward in 2019.

On Monday, the Ravens got back to the Under Armour Performance Center to begin their offseason workout program. Players are now able to take part in Baltimore’s strength and conditioning program as well as rehabilitate their injuries.

For safety Earl Thomas and running back Mark Ingram, it was also their first chance to really put in work with their new teammates and take full advantage of all the amenities at the Under Armour Performance Center. For Thomas, who is coming off a fractured leg last season, he’ll be able to show just how far he’s come from the injury and allow the training staff to cater workouts and rehabilitation towards getting him 100% ready for training camp.

Take a look at videos of Thomas and Ingram working out alongside many of the other Ravens on Monday.
