Enes Kanter, trolling or not, has unofficially (but officially) asked to be posterized by first overall NBA draft pick Zion Williamson and the internet is #excited.
The Portland Trail Blazers center was on “The Herd” Wednesday and called the incoming New Orleans Pelican overrated, adding that he is, “Julius Randle with hops.”
While that is intended to be an insult, Randle chimed in on Twitter, saying, “Yo @EnesKanter last time you guarded me I had 45 relax bro lol.”
But the funniest part is that according to NBA.com, only two of Randle’s career-high 45 points versus Portland came while Kanter was guarding him.
Colin Cowherd followed up on the comparison by asking Kanter how he would defend Zion — Kanter said he’d let him shoot.
