WATCH: Myles Garrett shows off his goal-line leaping ability

Kids: do not try this at home. Actually, nobody try this at home unless you happen to be Myles Garrett.

The Browns defensive end likes to remind us every so often that his athletic prowess is essentially unprecedented. Be it destroying a basketball rim or performing box jumps with the weight of a middle-school football player in his arms, Garrett is more like an action figure than a normal human.

And now he’s at it again. Garrett flashed the superhuman physical ability in another training video. At 275 pounds, Garrett sticks a 60-inch standing box jump and dedicates it to Browns QB Baker Mayfield with a message that maybe he should get the ball in a goal-line package.
