Two motorcyclists had a lucky escape after nearly colliding with an elephant on a highway in Gorumara National Park in Lataguri, India. The wild animal had wandered onto the road around 4pm and authorities were waiting for it to return to the forest before opening the road again.
However the two motorcyclists had attempted to sneak past the elephant, while one of the men managed to get past the animal the other was forced to jump off his bike as the elephant ran towards the vehicle.
