The Los Angeles Chargers were not about to be defeated in a close game on a Hail Mary! by the Denver Broncos. That is why Anthony Lynn had one of his best receivers at the goal line for the final play of the game on Sunday.
And it paid huge dividends as wide receiver Mike Williams came down with Drew Lock’s prayer to end the Broncos’ hopes in a 19-16 victory for the Bolts.

So Williams had four receptions on 10 targets for 54 yards to lead the Chargers and one of their two interceptions.
Have to wonder if Gregg Williams might have wished he made that call when the New York Jets fell to the Las Vegas Raiders earlier this month.
