WATCH: Michigan State regains lead over Michigan on Connor Heyward touchdown

In a game where Michigan was favored immensely, this first half has been very good for Michigan State. MSU struck first against the Wolverines with a nice touchdown pass from Rocky Lombardi to Ricky White.

In the second quarter, Lombardi again showed off his arm, throwing a 53-yard bomb to Jalen Nailor. That set up a red zone opportunity for the Spartans, and Lombardi showed off his skills yet again, this time with a short touchdown pass to Connor Heyward.
