WATCH: Michigan State Legend Magic Johnson tips his cap to the Negro Leagues

The MLB is back in action this week, restarting their season with a 60-game format. 2020 is a special year as it marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Negro Leagues. Now, players and organizations across the country are tipping their caps to the Negro Leagues. This includes none other than Michigan State Legend Magic Johnson himself.

The Negro League was founded on February 13, 1920. The League lasted until 1960. It is wonderful to see Magic Johnson tipping his cap to a historical league. Especially given his ties to the Los Angelos Dodgers.
