The summer is officially coming to a close, as is the strength and conditioning programs the Spartan teams had gone through throughout the summer.
Michigan State basketball in particular went into the summer looking for exponential amounts of improvements, coming off of one of the most disappointing seasons of the Tom Izzo era.
A summer of hard work was hopefully enough to turn the tide for the Spartans heading into the 2021-22 campaign.
