The Baltimore Ravens had the chance to possibly win their game against the Green Bay Packers in Week 15 with a crucial two-point conversion with 42 seconds to go. Unfortunately, the two-point conversion was broken up and the Ravens went on to lose 31-30.
The decision — as all two-point conversion decisions are when they fail — was a controversial one, but it was one that, at the end of the day, had the support of Ravens players and head coach John Harbaugh.
On Monday, the Ravens posted a video of Harbaugh and players mic’d up in the final moments of the game. In said video, Harbaugh repeatedly asks his players what they want to do: kick the extra point and send it to overtime or try to win it outright with a two-point attempt?
In the end, it’s the Ravens players — with Harbaugh’s full support — who decide to try to win the game with a two-point conversion.

It really says something about Harbaugh’s trust in his players, and his players trust in his coaching decisions, that this crucial decision was made by both parties. And not only that, tight end Mark Andrews — who was targeted on the failed two-point attempt — told Harbaugh after the play was over that it was “the right move.”
Though the Ravens may have lost Sunday’s game and now sit at 8-6 on the year, this moment really showcases the trust between Harbaugh and his players.
