Watch Marti Pellow belt out 'Angel Eyes' to help raise cash for Clydebank care homes and home carers

Martin Pellow has delighted fans once again by posting a video performing another hit Wet Wet Wet song.

He sang 'Angel Eyes' to help raise funds for a group of Clydebank women who are raising £3,000 to buy essential PPE for care homes, home carers and the NHS.

Tweeting a video of him singing at home, Pellow said: "I’m sure you’ll know this one… ANGEL EYES is for the wonderful girls from my hometown of Clydebank who are raising money for PPE for our NHS angels. If you would like to donate, that would be amazing."

The women in question are Anne Henderson, Jacquie Mersey, Karen Mersey, Liz McGoldrick and Nicola Grieve.

Thanks to Marti's involvement, their JustGiving page was able to reach its initial target of £2,500, and they are now on course to reach their renewed target of £3,000 very soon.

Initally, they are looking to start with reusable visors, and hope to move on to other PPE items depending on the amount of donations that head their way.

If you want to donate, you can do so HERE.

And once again, gaun yersel' Marti!
