Watch: Marquise Brown’s highlights at Oklahoma

The Baltimore Ravens have selected wide receiver Marquise Brown out of Oklahoma with the 25th overall pick.

It’s the first pick of the Eric DeCosta era. A much-needed weapon, the hope is Brown will be a big help as the Ravens try to build around quarterback Lamar Jackson in his first season as a full-time starter.

To get a little taste of what Brown brings to the table for Baltimore, check out his highlight reel:

It’s clear from the highlight reel, Brown has serious speed. He’s capable of running by any defensive back in the league on deep balls. But he’s also adept at turning short passes into big gains thanks to his speed and agility. Brown is also capable of playing bigger than his 5-foot-9, 166-pound frame would suggest.

Even if he doesn’t quite live up to his more famous cousin, Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown, he should be able to be an instant impact player for the Ravens.
