Watch Manchester United captain Harry Maguire partying in Mykonos before 'arrest'

Manchester United captain Harry Maguire was filmed partying in a bar on the night of his reported arrest on the Greek island of Mykonos.

Local reports from Greek news outlet Proto Thema stated that Maguire had been involved in an altercation and has since been arrested.

In the video posted online, Maguire can be seen in a bar, mixing with locals.

Wearing a blue shirt with the top button undone and wearing a chain, Maguire stops by one man and asks if he is okay.

The two men place hands on each others' shoulders as they continue the conversation which becomes drowned out by other revellers.

A group of men chant and clap in the background as Maguire wanders off and smiles as he looks at the crowd.

He then takes his phone out for a look before wandering off out of view of the camera.

It is not known if anybody within the video was part of the later alleged incident, apart from Maguire himself.

Manchester United have confirmed that they are aware of the incident involving Maguire and police.

A statement read: "The club is aware of an alleged incident involving Harry Maguire in Mykonos last night.

"Contact has been made with Harry and he is fully co-operating with the Greek authorities. At this time we will be making no further comment."

Media reports claim that police were called after two groups of English men were fighting after midnight.

Police intervened but were attacked physically and verbally by a group including Maguire.

This group was then arrested, though local police have made no official comment as of yet.
