This is the moment Piers Morgan embarrassed Lorraine Kelly with a naked throwback snap to celebrate her 35th anniversary show.
The Good Morning Britain loud-mouth took hosting duties on Lorraine as the Scottish presenter played second fiddle for her special show.
The special episode looked back on her telly years including memorable hairstyles, outfits, and best moments.
But Piers couldn't resist making his pal cringe when he unveiled an image of her testing out a sunbed from back in her days as a news reporter.
He teased the the 59-year-old before revealing the snap, asking her: "What do you remember about your woman's weekly pages that you used to knock out? Do you remember saying this?
"'It's now the latest craze sweeping Scotland. You can try out a special sunbed that toasts you a beautiful golden brown on both sides.'"
And Lorraine clearly knew what was coming as she screamed "no, please no!" before clapping her hands over her mouth in disbelief.
But the 54-year-old former Britain's Got Talent judge wasn't finished making his ITV colleague squirm as he put her on the spot about her run-in with Tory minister Esther McVey .

Lorraine risked re-igniting the pair's feud after their infamous awkward interview live on GMB back in June.
After interviewing McVey on GMB, Susanna Reid asked Lorraine if she remembered her from their GMTV days, to which she pursed her lips and said “Yeah” before quickly changing the subject.
Relishing in the moment, Piers replayed the clip and Lorraine said" "You know, that morning, I was fed up with every single politician in the world.
To which he gleefully replied: "So you got on with Esther then?"
And she quipped back: "I don’t actually think she’s…she’s just as bad as all of them."
In one of the episode's more heartwarming moments, Lorraine's parents called in from Scotland to send her a special message.
She wiped away tears as her mum Anne and Dad John told how proud they were of their girl.
Anne said: "35 years on television, it's really hard to believe.
"She's very clever and she did very well. We think the world of her.
"We don’t say it as much as we should. We’re not ‘lovey-dovey’... She knows we love her. We’re very proud of her."
John added: "She enjoys it very much."

Lorraine then told co-star Mark Heyes: "I can’t believe you got my mum and dad to do that! My dad never does anything. I love them so much."
And they weren't the only ones to send in messages of congratulations as some of the biggest names in Hollywood sending their best wishes.
They included X-Men star Hugh Jackman, Dame Helen Mirren and Spice Girl Mel B.
