The Ball brothers aren’t typically known for their appearances in commercials, making their appearance on ESPN on Sunday a surprising one. In a crossover commercial with Black Widow that ran during the Clippers-Suns Western Conference Finals Game 1, LaMelo and Lonzo Ball take part in a family dinner with part of the cast of Black Widow.
The highlight of the commercial features LaMelo’s toast at the end in which he says “A toast to family, may they always be a pain in the…” before Lonzo smacks him in the back of the head to cut him off. The two pull off the commercial incredibly well.
LaMelo and Lonzo are no strangers to family dinners.
But this one … was a little different.

In a spot that wasn’t shown on TVs during the game, Lonzo posted another ad to his Instagram with brother LaMelo.
This time, the two brothers are in a car when they “narrowly avoid” Black Widow in a chase. While Lonzo notes two sisters working together helped take out the villain, LaMelo points out another missed turn by his oldest brother.
The commercials are fun look at the Ball brothers that fans aren’t typically able to see.
