Lonzo Ball has been in the giving mood this holiday season both to teammates and members of the New Orleans community alike. While Ball’s gifting of X-Box consoles to teammates drew headlines earlier this week, it wasn’t the only people he surprised this week.
On Monday, Ball traveled to Bridge School to surprise students, share advice, answer questions and, eventually, surprise them with early Christmas presents in the form of new X-Box One consoles.
While the Pelicans shared pictures from the event on their website, Ball shared a deeper look at the day with a video posted to his Instagram.
Ball has been active in the community since arriving in New Orleans this summer. In early September, Ball surprised families by paying for school supplies and clothes ahead of a new school year.
