It’s been seven months since Lonzo Ball has been able to play basketball with no limitations because of an ankle injury he suffered in January. However, it seems as though he’s as close to full strength as he’s been since then.
Ball’s close friend and former Chino Hills High School teammate Eli Scott posted a video of Ball working out on his Instagram story last week and it looks Ball’s close to 100 percent, if not 100 percent.
It’s also obvious Scott was sending a message to Ball’s detractors with the video:
Ball spent the entirety of his first offseason recovering from knee surgery, so the hope is that a fully healthy offseason will be what he needs to make a meaningful jump in his third season.
