WATCH: Lonzo Ball’s latest workout video shows his incredible balance

Lonzo Ball’s offseason workouts so far have included time in the gym sporting his brother’s Puma gear as well as showcasing his ever-improving jumper on Instagram. His latest stop, though, is a familiar place for Ball, even if it created an interesting video on social media.

Last summer, Ball was shown during the brief offseason working out at Athletic Gaines, focusing on improving his balance. On Saturday, video surfaced of Ball once again working on his balance, this time with an added element to it.

On top of balancing on one foot, Ball was throwing one-handed passes to trainers after they were called out to also improve his passing and quick decision-making.

After not having much of a chance at working out during his first two offseasons in the league due to injuries, Ball has clearly made it a focus to improve his lower body during the offseason. During the season, it was his lower body that gave him problems as he missed time with injuries to his knees in mid-January before a hip flexor strain sidelined him for an extended stretch in March and April.

That alone is reason enough to focus on strengthening his lower body during the offseason to avoid those injuries. It’s also noteworthy that this will be the first healthy full-length offseason Ball has had since being in the NBA. Given how many improvements he has been able to make in the past, that could spell good things for his future.
