Lonzo Ball’s important offseason has started off quietly. With the season nearly two months in the rearview mirror, Ball has been eerily quiet, that not unexpectedly. While he’s not one to typically give daily updates on his workouts, Ball is one that typically is seen working out during the summer, whether with Trae Young on sand dunes last offseason or during Klutch Sports workouts.
This offseason, though, Ball is set for free agency for the first time in his career. Whether looking to remain focused on basketball or simply taking it easier this offseason, Ball hadn’t shared any workout footage until Tuesday, when he showed off his jumper on Instagram.
Ball’s jumper has been the focus of his game for years and has been the main source of his breakout seasons in New Orleans. The work he’s put in the gym on his jumper has been well-documented and is the main reason for the upcoming big contract he will receive.
