The well-known Blues official was caught out by diminutive terror Jordan Stewart at Windsor Park earlier this week.
Wearing a Michael Myers mask from the horror movies Halloween, Stewart hid behind a door before jumping out on the unsuspecting Eccles.
And it's fair to say the legendary Irish League kitman never saw it coming, as his reaction proved.
Linfield defender Matthew Clarke was on hand to capture the moment on his mobile phone, and can be heard howling with laughter in the background.
