Watch Leon King's stunning Rangers strike as Ibrox kids thump RB Leipzig

Rangers qualified for the next round of the Mercedez-Benz Junior Cup in Stuttgart with a brilliant 4-0 win over RB Leipzig.

The Ibrox U19 side had lost their first game in a heavy Rapid Vienna defeat but bounced back with wins over Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt.

And highly-rated teenager Leon King grabbed the pick of the goals in the victory over Leipzig with an absolutely stunning strike.

The defender picked the ball up from goalkeeper Lewis Budinaukas before sending the first player to come towards him for a hotdog.

A brilliant one-two down the line put him in on goal and he comfortably dispatched it past the Leipzig goalkeeper.

Rangers also scored through Ciaran Dickson, Zak Butterworth and Nathan Young-Coombes to get through to the next round.

Graeme Murty's men take on Porto and Stuttgart in the next round of the tournament.

Youngster King has turned down an initial contract offer to turn pro at Ibrox. The 15-year-old - who turns 16 this month - has numerous clubs after him, including Leipzig.

Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool are all also taking a close look, with King available to leave for a small development fee.
