WATCH: LeBron James takes vet moves to a new level vs. Clippers

LeBron James is pulling out all of the stops in order to help the Los Angeles Lakers find some wins, as well as the hope to keep pushing for the postseason.

While James has picked up plenty of veteran moves over the years, he brought one of the league’s oldest tricks to a new level in the first half of the Lakers must-win game against the Clippers.

James was able to let the ball roll from the inbounds pass all the way to the 3-point line where he stepped into an in-rhythm jumper.

It definitely helped that he was guarded by Montrezl Harrell, a center. Even though Harrell is a leading candidate for the NBA’s 6th Man of the Year, he clearly had a healthy respect for James’ quickness and handling in that situation.

Unfortunately for James and the Lakers, he missed the shot. Now L.A. find themselves down 61-57 at halftime.
