Le’Veon Bell is not worried about reports that the running back and current New York Jets interim GM Adam Gase may be at odds now that Mike Maccagnan is out of the picture.
Maccagnan is responsible for giving Bell a four-year deal worth $52.5 million, with $25 million guaranteed. With Maccagnan being fired earlier this week, Bell saw reports Wednesday that claimed Gase was adamantly opposed to offering big money to a running back. Bell tweeted about the reports, saying he is with the Jets to do a job regardless of who “likes” him or not, adding “I’m here to win football games.”
