LaVar Ball tried to make noise in the sneaker world with the release of the $495 ZO2 back in 2017, but the shoe never took off like Ball would’ve liked. In early 2018, the Better Business Bureau gave BBB a failing grade because of the volume of complaints about poor customer service and the number of patrons who said they either received the wrong item or no item at all after purchasing their gear online.
Now, Ball’s merch is folded on a table at a tourney at a heavy discount.
