WATCH: LaMelo Ball drops 31-point double-double at Drew League

LaMelo Ball and No Shnacks put on yet another show for the crowd at the Drew League in Los Angeles on Sunday, beating the Jaguars 82-66. Ball ended the game with 31 points and 13 assists

Ball might still be three months away from taking the court in Australia for the Illawarra Hawks, but he’s already starting to show the growth he’s made since leaving Spire Institute and preparing for the 2020 NBA Draft. Not only is he a dynamic scorer, but he’s made serious strides as a playmaker.

If he can demonstrate the ability to defend at the next level, Ball could quickly emerge as the best point guard prospect in the 2020 NBA Draft class ahead of Cole Anthony. USA TODAY’s Rookie Wire has Ball going No. 15 in next year’s draft.
