WATCH: 'King' Kohli wins hearts, presents memorabilia to Australian players

NEW DELHI: Respecting your opponents and having a great camaraderie with them off the field is a sign of a great cricketer and the Indian superstar Virat Kohli on Monday did the same when he presented his signed shirts to his Aussie counterparts after the end of the fourth and final Test in Ahmedabad.

BCCI captured the heart-touching gesture of one of the modern-day greats Kohli and posted a video on their Twitter handle, saying: "King Kohli had some memorabilia to give to his Australian teammates post the final Test. Gestures like these."

Earlier in the day, India qualified for the World Test Championship (WTC) final and clinched the Border-Gavaskar Trophy for the fourth successive time after the fourth and final match against Australia ended in a drab draw.

India's spot in the WTC final against Australia was locked before the post-lunch session when Sri Lanka lost the Christchurch Test to New Zealand by two wickets as Kane Williamson's magnificent hundred steered his side to one of the most thrilling wins in Test cricket.
