Watch: Karnataka conductor tells driver to stop wherever Class 10 students need a lift - internet reacts

No matter how many years have passed, every time someone mentions 10th standard Board exams, our hearts skip a beat. Every year, at least one person in our family or among our known circle would be appearing for the exam. Knowing the pressure students are under, a bus conductor from Karnataka has made a heartfelt gesture that is now winning hearts on the internet.

The thoughtful gesture of the conductor

In the video shared on X by user Aparajithe, a bus conductor is seen talking to the driver. In the video, he requests the driver to stop the bus whenever class 10 students ask for a lift.

'Even if we get late, it’s okay'

“Even if we get late, it’s okay. Let’s help them,” he is heard saying in the video. He emphasised that students should be allowed to board the bus wherever they requested, even if it caused minor delays.

Not just that, further in the video, he also urges other bus drivers to follow the same for the students.

Where duty meets humanity

"A bus conductor in Karnataka told his driver: “Stop wherever Grade 10 students ask for a lift… they have board exams from the 18th.” “Even if we get late, it’s okay. Let’s help them.” He even urged other bus drivers to follow the same. This shows the true heart of Karnataka State Transport — where duty meets humanity," reads the caption of the video.

Responsible citizen

As soon as the video hit social media, the conductor started gaining praise from netizens for his thoughtful gesture.

"Responsible citizen, helping students within his capacity. God bless him," read a comment.
