Josh Reynolds hasn’t been heavily involved this season with the Rams’ top three receivers healthy, but he was called upon against the Bengals on Sunday after Brandin Cooks left with a concussion.
To no one’s surprise, Reynolds stepped up nicely and made an immediate impact. In the second quarter, Reynolds beat a Bengals linebacker up the seam for a 31-yard touchdown, his first score of the season.
Entering this game, Reynolds had just two catches for 34 yards on the year. He nearly doubled those numbers on one play against Cincinnati, showing why he’s one of the best fourth-string receivers in football.
