It may be the middle of the offseason, but Indianapolis Colts players are still putting in work to prepare for training camp and the preseason. That includes defensive tackle Jihad Ward, who might have been showing off the improvements he’s made already.
While working out at the Colts’ facility, Ward put a hole in the wall of the facility with a medicine ball. We get it, Jihad, you’ve been lifting and wanted everyone to know you’ve been making gains.

Ward held a limited role in the Colts defense but was impressive nonetheless. He recorded 3.0 sacks in six games before ending his season on the injured reserve list.
