Boston Celtics All-Star forward Jayson Tatum and two way fan favorite Tacko Fall joined a star-studded cast to wish mothers around the world a Happy Mother’s Day with a few words about — and to — their own mothers.
Zion Williamson, Dwight Howard, John Collins, James Harden, Joe Harris, Jarren Jackson Jr. and Victor Oladipo teamed up with the Celtics duo to share how their mothers impacted their lives and careers on this holiday dedicated to them.
The video, released by the National Basketball Players Association, gives each of the stars or up-and-coming players a brief moment to share a few words about their mother.
Fall related his mother “pretty much showed me everything through her actions,” adding that she’s “the hardest worker I’ve known”. “She’s made a lot of sacrifices for me to be [in the NBA].
Tatum thanked his mother for “pushing me, supporting my dreams,” and “making me the person I am today.”
