When your back is against the wall in the playoffs, you either show up and fight or you fold and go home. Jayson Tatum chose to show up and fight in Game 3.
The Celtics defended home court in Game 3, beating the Brooklyn Nets, 125-119, to keep their playoff hopes alive and avoid an 0-3 hole.
Tatum bounced back huge after two disappointing games to start the series, producing 50 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in Friday night’s victory. Tatum shot 16-of-30 from the field, 5-of-11 from 3, and 13-of-15 from the free throw line.
Tatum and the Celtics will look to tie up the series at 2 on Sunday.
