As well as writing scripts and homeschooling his children in lockdown, Jamie Dornan has clearly been keeping on top of his fitness regime.
The Co Down actor shared a video clip with his Instagram following on Friday as he demonstrated some kettle bell rows on his biceps.
Nothing unusual about that of course, but it was his choice of workout playlist that wasn't what his fans were expecting.
Posting the video on his page, the 50 Shades star wrote: "If you don’t workout listening to songs from musicals you’re getting it ALL wrong."
Queue the video which shows Jamie flexing his biceps using his kettle bell with Abba, Dancing Queen blasting in the background.
The video which had been viewed over a quarter of a million times in just a couple of hours gave fans a giggle as many took to social media to share the clip.
Earlier this week, Dornan revealed he has been working on a new script for a film set in Belfast alongside his friend who also hails from the city.
Speaking to Philip Reynolds on The Lockdown podcast which is out today, he said: "We’re tidying up our third draft of it now and you do get a bit ahead of yourself thinking of locations, it’s all set in Belfast... but we just want to make sure we have it right and have the script down and something we are very proud of, we’ve got a little bit of a plan but two years would be kind of brilliant.
"Because it’s all set there a Belfast premiere would be quite fun actually, QFT (Queen’s Film Theatre) or something.”
