A young Scotland fan had an unforgettable moment as a caught a home run ball at the Boston Red Sox game.

The Tartan Army launched a takeover of Fenway Park as the Red Sox took on Texas Rangers, generating a party atmosphere by belting out Scotland chants as well as signing and dancing along to the music played across the PA system.

They have already been praised by stars of both baseball teams for making it the "coolest" game they have ever played in.

The amazing moment was caught on camera and, with a huge grin on his face, he proudly held the ball up in the air to show off his achievement.

Former Scotland star and ex-Rangers coach Gary McAllister was also spotted partying along with the Tartan Army at the game.
