If you wondered what goes into making a draft-day trade in the NFL, this video sheds some light on just how it all goes down. The Denver Broncos Twitter account shared this short video of the call the Broncos made to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Keep in mind, based on this video, there were negotiations between the Broncos and Steelers well in advance. The call was simply to confirm the trade was still going to happen.
Pittsburgh traded the No. 20 pick, the No. 52 pick and a third-round pick in 2020 to move up to No. 10 and draft inside linebacker Devin Bush.
