A mum has a shared a video showing how easy it can be to give medicine to a baby.
Many parents struggle to get their babies and young children to swallow anything other than milk.
But Manchester mum Samantha Williams used a syringe and a teat to give Calpol to her twins - and it worked a treat.
Sharing a video on Facebook showing them sucking the teat and swallowing the medicine without any problems, she said: "Best tip EVER for giving medecine to babies. God send for my poorly girlies. If you're a mummy/daddy then you know!!!!"
It's not the first time we've heard about parents using the clever trick to get their children to have medicine.
Back in 2017 we reported on it when mum Helena Lee shared photos of how she was giving her eight-week-old son Alfie Calpol using the same method.
Her Facebook post quickly went viral, with almost 90k shares.
After struggling to get him to take it, she used the syringe from the packet to push the infant paracetamol through the teat of his baby bottle - and he swallowed all of it up.
In her post, Helena, said: "FOR ALL MUMMIES...
So for the last 24 hours I've struggled to get Alfie to take Calpol, he has ended up covered in half of it where he spits it at me......
"Then i remembered seeing this trick..
"Not 1 bit got wasted and no tears. Please feel free to share with any baby mummies you know xxxxx"
The post attracted more than 40k comments from parents, with many saying it would have saved them a lot of grief had they known about it before.
Charlie Beckwith said: "Wow wish I knew about this when Josh was little."
And Anna Mason added: "Omg this might have just saved my life!!!!!"
Helena, also mum to four-year-old Harrison, was giving Alfie the medicine because he had a high temperature after having his first lot of childhood immunisations.
She told the M.E.N: "All the tricks I'd tried with Harrison just didn't work with Alfie.
"I'd tried giving him little bits at a time, squirting it all in at once, tried in the middle of feeds, I even tried a spoon but he just gagged or spat it out at me - he then wasn't getting all the dose so it wasn't bringing his temperature down.
"It was then I remembered seeing this trick. I am completely overwhelmed by the response it's had. I just intended to help out a few of my mummy friends on Facebook."
