Outfielder Bryce Harper agreed to sign with the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday, for a massive 13-year, $330 million deal. The former NL MVP and Nationals star will be a cornerstone player for a Phillies team that is already looking incredibly strong, having added multiple All Stars in the offseason.

Even if he never reaches his MVP level again and is merely an extremely good MLB outfielder, that might be enough to get Philadelphia to the promised land.
