Haryana's 23-year-old right-arm pacer Anshul Kamboj made headlines in India on Friday when he rocked Kerala in the Ranji Trophy game in Lahli, becoming only the third bowler to take all 10 wickets in an innings of a match in the elite domestic first-class tournament.
Achieving the 'Perfect 10' feat, Kamboj finished with figures of 10 for 49, at the Chaudhary Bansi Lal Cricket Stadium.
It was the first such instance for a bowler in the Ranji Trophy since the 1985-86 season, when former Rajasthan pacer Pradeep Sunderam did it in the match against Vidarbha. However, Bengal pacer Premangshu Chatterjee was the first to reach the landmark in the 1956-57 season against Assam.

Overall, Kamboj is now the sixth Indian bowler to claim all 10 wickets in an innings of a first-class match, joining the ranks of bowling legend Anil Kumble as well as Subhash Gupte and Debasis Mohanty.
