The Jets have found Sam Darnold another weapon in West Virginia tight end Trevon Wesco.
Wesco was selected by the Jets with the No. 121 overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft. The tight end played three seasons at West Virginia. However, he only played in two games in his first two seasons and only made two catches for seven yards. Wesco found a role in the passing game last year, as he made 26 catches for 366 yards and a touchdown. He is primarily a blocking tight end, though.
