Fans had been waiting for the Detroit Lions to add another receiver, and they waited all the way until the sixth round of the 2019 NFL draft to select Old Dominion wide receiver Travis Fulgham.
At 6-2, 215 pounds, Fulgham is on the bigger side as a receiver. He does not have elite speed (4.58 40-yard-dash time) but is very capable of using as a bigger frame as an advantage to create space and in the red zone.
