The Indianapolis Colts made a rare move to begin the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft by trading up to select former Michigan State safety Khari Willis.
A high-character leader, Willis is a solid fit both on and off of the field for the Colts. He was a team captain at Michigan State and even has ties to Colts great Bill Brooks, who is his cousin.
