NEW DELHI: The newly-appointed skipper of the Mumbai Indians Hardik Pandya appears to be in a contented state now. His return to Mumbai Indians as captain, taking over from the five-time IPL-winning captain Rohit Sharma, did not sit well with fans as he faced constant booing during the first three games.
The three losses to start the season added to the woes and Pandya found himself under intense scrutiny.
However, a significant turnaround came on Sunday with a victory against the Delhi Capitals, marking their first win of the season, thereby boosting Pandya's confidence.
