The Los Angeles Rams were on HBO’s “Hard Knocks” three years ago when they moved from St. Louis and on Tuesday night, they’ll be back on the behind-the-scenes show.
Thanks to two joint practices and a preseason game against the Raiders, the Rams will make an appearance this season. A teaser was released showing a flashback to a much younger Sean McVay learning from Jon Gruden with the Buccaneers.
At the time, he was a 22-year-old assistant wide receivers coach in Tampa Bay. That was 11 years ago and it’s amazing to see how far McVay has come.
