Ha Ha Clinton-Dix continues to show off against his old team, snagging his second interception of the night off QB Case Keenum and returning it over 50 yards to set the Bears offense up just outside of the redzone.
Clinton-Dix, who is just one pick shy of matching his total number of interceptions in 2018, read Kennum’s eyes and caught a slightly overthrown ball, intended for TE Vernon Davis.
His long return set the offense up in prime field position, but after a three and out, K Eddy Pineiro missed a 44-yard field goal attempt.
The Redskins scored their first touchdown of the night on their next possession, a pass from Keenum to WR Terry McLaurin, but missed the two-point conversion.
The Bears lead the Redskins 28-9 heading into the fourth quarter.
