Watch: Greg Newsome gets the call from the Browns during the draft

It’s always cool to see the behind-the-scenes action for the NFL draft. Fortunately for Browns fans, the cameras were rolling at Greg Newsome’s private function when the Cleveland Browns called him to tell the Northwestern cornerback he was the newest member of the Dawg Pound.

Courtesy of the Northwestern football program, we get a look at Newsome getting the call. His excited reaction and the jubilation of the family and friends around him makes for a fantastic scene. It’s a good quick glance at the Browns first-round pick and what kind of person Cleveland is joining the team in Newsome.
