Pictures of presenters on cupcakes, skipping eggs and floating cakes are just some of the surreal sights in a newly-released trailer for The Great British Bake Off.
Channel 4 is whetting viewers' appetites with a hint of what's to come in the upcoming new series.
And it seems fans will be in for another treat when the cookery contest unleashes another wave of action in the kitchen.
The new trailer begins with a fake news report of baking fever sweeping the region and scenes of people rushing to buy essential ingredients the shops.
We see the faces of the show's presenters Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig, along with judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, gracing the tops of cupcakes and then a colourful selection of cake-related celebrations.
Trailers for former series of The Great British Bake Off have had a similar light-hearted tone and several viewers - rightly or wrongly - credited The Mighty Boosh comedian Fielding with inspiring the humour of a previous video which featured the likes of talking cakes and scenes of home-made baking disasters.
The latest trailer whips up an "altogether now" refrain and ends with the words "let the baking commence". But, as for when it will air, we're told only that the series is "coming soon".
For its legions of fans, that won't be soon enough.
