Following an awkward tumble against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley is out with a high-ankle sprain for the next 4-8 weeks.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Monday, the longer end of that timeline is more likely. He also points out that the Giants have a bye in Week 11, which could allow a full eight weeks of recovery for the running back.
