Watch Fraser Forster's Celtic press conference in full as keeper reveals Neil Lennon's two-way managerial masterclass

Fraser Forster has lavished praise on Neil Lennon and reckons the Celtic manager's ability to adapt his approach to individual players is the reason behind his side's fast start.

The English keeper is loving life back in Glasgow and waxed lyrical about the man who convinced him to return to Parkhead.

Forster produced another excellent display against Kilmarnock and saved his second penalty since his return after he denied Alan Power in the 3-1 win on Sunday.

And the 31-year-old reckons Celtic 's perfect start to their Premiership campaign is down to the manager's knack of flooding the dressing room with belief.

He said: "The big thing with the gaffer is he is such a good man manager.

"He's so good at knowing what each player needs, whether they need shouted at or need an arm around them.

"I think he's just got that experience, he's a bit older and he just knows what to say to people to get the best out of people.

"Things are always easier in football when you're winning, but I think he's brilliant.

"He's got good people around him and I think he is a top class manager."

Meanwhile, Forster reckons Celtic aren't out for revenge when they come up against Cluj next week.

Neil Lennon's side take on the Romanians in the Europa League group stage, a month after Dan Petrescu's men dumped them out of the Champions League.

Like Celtic, Cluj dropped down into the Europa and as luck would have it, their paths would cross once again.

Forster, who returned to Parkhead for a second spell on loan from Southampton last month, was still at his parent club for the 4-3 aggregate defeat.

But the Englishman insists there is no bad blood between the teams heading into the rematch.

He said: "On another day we would have beaten them and gone through to the Champions League.

"It's been and gone. I don't think there's a score to settle. It's just a case of us going out and knowing what we want to do and the levels we have set.

"If we do that I'm confident we will get a positive result."
