WATCH: Former Seahawks WR Percy Harvin says he was high every game to combat anxiety

Former NFL wide receiver Percy Harvin claims he was high on marijuana in every game he played in his NFL career.

In a video with Bleacher Report posted Wednesday, he said, “There’s not a game – there’s not a game I played that I wasn’t high.”

Harvin, who spent eight years in the league, said that even with seven different prescriptions for his anxiety disorder, marijuana seemed to be the only thing that helped him level out.

“And that’s what I kind of want the world to see today, is it’s not a stigma and people doing it and getting into a whole bunch of trouble,” Harvin said in the interview. “It’s just people that’s just living regular life that just got deficiencies or maybe just want to enjoy themselves. It’s a natural way to do so.”

Harvin last suited up in 2016 with the Buffalo Bills, making one start in a total of two games. He won a Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks for the 2013 season.
